Residential/Business Maintenance Contract

Your Maintenance agreement will provide the following services that can be shared to maintain up to 3 computers (computer model and serial numbers must be provided when purchasing contract) for in-shop service.   2 System Cleanup’s, 4 Virus/Spyware removal, 2 System backups, and 2 System Re-installs. If your internet is available Remote service can be used for Virus/Spyware removal.   Details of these services are outlined below.

System Cleanup

·         We will perform preventative maintenance and optimization services.
 We will clean up your computer(s), removing any spyware, adware, malware, viruses, and general computer "clutter" that accumulates over time and slows down your system's performance.
Since dust accumulates inside your system (preventing critical components from cooling properly), we physically clean your system.
 We will update all operating system and program files, and optimize your system for best possible performance.
 We will install Anti –Virus and Security software if needed (FREE).

Computer Virus/Spyware/Malware removal
Some Symptoms of Computer Virus/Spyware/Malware are; Computer Slow Downs, Lockups, Freezes and Crashes, Blue Screens on Boot-up, Unplanned Auto-Boots, Clicking Sounds, Computer won’t turn on,  Internet not working (404 – Page Not Found Error), Missing DLLs at Boot-up.
 We will clean up your computer(s), removing any spyware, adware, malware, viruses, and general computer "clutter" that accumulates over time and slows down your system's performance
We will update all operating system and program files, and optimize your system for best possible performance.
We will install Anti –Virus and Security software if needed (FREE).

System Backup
We will Backup Data files in My Documents, Pictures, Video, Favorites folders.  If stored in other locations you must inform ACS of additional file locations.
System Backup does not guarantee that all files will be protected.  ACS will make every effort to backup/recover your data.  But we do not guarantee that data saved/recovered.  ACS is not responsible for loss of Data
Some programs can be backed up at an additional charge.

System Re-install
We will clean up your computer(s), Format Hard drive, re-install Operating System.
We will update all operating system and program files, and optimize your system for best possible performance.
We will install Anti –Virus and Security software if needed (FREE).

FRONT-OF-THE-LINE PRIORITY
You'll receive priority (over non-agreement customers) in scheduling remote service appointment and In-shop expediting (front-of-the-line priority).

REDUCED LABOR RATE (1/2 price labor)
All routine preventative-maintenance work is included in your maintenance agreement. Any additional work we do for you will be at 1/2 our normal applicable rate. This rate is viable for repairs, new system construction, training, or any projects that you might need help with. Emergency (after hours, and holiday rates) service not included. If you choose a "monthly" payment option, 1/2-price labor rate only applies if your maintenance agreement has been in force for 90 days prior.
